Introduction

This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the terms for canceling bookings and requesting refunds for services booked through JungleErasta.com (“we,” “our,” “us”). This policy applies to all our services, including tour packages, hotel bookings, cab bookings, trekking, camping, and jungle safari activities within Uttarakhand, India.

2. Cancellation by the Customer

If you wish to cancel your booking, you must inform us via email at info@jungleerasta.com or by phone. The following refund rules will apply:

• More than 15 days before the start date – 90% refund of the total amount

• 7 to 15 days before the start date – 50% refund of the total amount

• Less than 7 days before the start date – No refund will be provided

All cancellations are subject to verification and approval.

3. Cancellation by JungleErasta

If we cancel a booking due to unavoidable reasons such as bad weather, safety concerns, or operational issues:

• You will be given the option to reschedule the booking to another available date OR

• Receive a 100% refund of the amount paid

We will not be responsible for any additional costs such as travel tickets or personal expenses.

4. No-Show Policy

If you fail to arrive at the starting point or hotel on the scheduled date without prior cancellation, no refund will be provided.

5. Refund Processing

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during booking.

• Processing time may take 7–10 working days depending on your bank or payment provider.

• Any transaction charges or payment gateway fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

6. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services may be marked as non-refundable at the time of booking (e.g., special promotions, peak-season packages, or advance hotel bookings). No refund will be issued for these services.
