At Jungleerasta.com, we follow a transparent and structured payment process to ensure smooth planning and execution of your travel experience in Uttarakhand.
1. Advance Payment (25%)
A 25% advance payment of the total tour cost is mandatory to confirm your booking.
The booking will be considered confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment.
This advance allows us to block hotels, vehicles, permits, and other travel services on your behalf.
2. Second Installment (25%)
An additional 25% payment must be made on the second day of the itinerary.
This ensures uninterrupted services such as accommodation, sightseeing, and transportation.
3. Final Payment (Remaining 50%)
The remaining 50% of the total tour cost must be paid at least one (1) day before the tour ends.
In all cases, the final payment must be cleared before the last day morning / checkout.
Payments after reaching the airport, railway station, or after tour completion are strictly not accepted.
4. Important Payment Terms
All payments must be made through authorized payment modes provided by Jungleerasta.com.
Any delay in scheduled payments may lead to temporary suspension or cancellation of services.
Jungleerasta.com holds the right to withhold hotels, transport, or activities if payment timelines are not followed.
5. Acceptance of Policy
By confirming a booking with Jungleerasta.com, the customer agrees to adhere strictly to the above payment schedule.
