Itinerary
Day 1: Dehradun → Sankri (Drive – 190 km | 8–9 Hours)
Your journey begins early morning from Dehradun. The drive winds along the Yamuna and Tons rivers through beautiful mountain towns like Purola, Mori, and Netwar. The road gradually climbs into the Govind Pashu Vihar National Park, home to lush pine forests and Himalayan wildlife.
By evening, you’ll reach Sankri, a peaceful base village surrounded by snow-covered peaks and apple orchards. After checking into your guesthouse, attend a short trek briefing and enjoy a local-style dinner.

Day 2: Sankri → Taluka (Drive – 12 km) → Seema / Osla (Trek – 10–12 km | 5–6 Hours)
After breakfast, a short jeep ride takes you to Taluka (6,800 ft), the starting point of the trek. The trail from Taluka follows the Tons River, passing through thick forests of deodar, walnut, and pine.
You’ll cross wooden bridges, mountain streams, and small villages before reaching Seema or Osla (8,500 ft) — a charming ancient village known for its unique wooden temples and traditional homes.

Today’s trek is a gradual but steady climb along the Supin River. As you move higher, the scenery opens up into alpine meadows surrounded by towering peaks. The final stretch leads into the breathtaking Har Ki Dun Valley (11,700 ft) — a bowl-shaped valley often called “The Valley of Gods.”
From here, you can see stunning views of Swargarohini, Hata Peak, and Jaundhar Glacier.

Spend the day enjoying the serenity of the valley, clicking photos, and experiencing the peaceful environment of the high Himalayas.

You’ll reach Seema by afternoon and spend your evening relaxing by the river.
